Shipping policy
1. How long will my order take to arrive?
If shipped via Air mode, delivery generally takes 4-6 business days. For Surface shipping, it usually takes 6-7 business days depending on your location. Please note this is an estimated timeline — actual delivery may vary due to courier practices, location, and product type. You can always track your order status in your account after login.
2. Do I need to stay at home/office all day for delivery?
For security reasons, it’s recommended to have someone available to receive and sign for the package between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). For more precise timings, you may contact your local courier office.
3. Can I choose a specific delivery date/time?
We currently cannot guarantee a fixed date or time for delivery. We only provide an estimated window.
4. What if I am not available to receive my package?
If you know you will be unavailable during a certain period, please mention this in the order notes while placing the order. If you forget, kindly email us before dispatch so we can make arrangements. While we try our best, we cannot guarantee changes due to operational limitations.
5. I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately by phone or email before dispatch. Once shipped, it may not be possible to change the address.
6. Can I have separate shipping & billing addresses?
Currently, you can only enter one address during checkout. If you require a bill with a different name, kindly email us and we will provide a soft copy invoice.
7. What if my order does not arrive on time?
If your package does not arrive by 7:00 PM on the estimated delivery date, please share your Order ID with us, and we will follow up with the courier partner.
8. I received my package, but one item is missing.
Please check your order confirmation and shipment details first. Some items may be shipped separately. If the missing item was supposed to arrive with your package but wasn’t included, kindly contact our customer care.

- Before dispatch: 100% refund (less any applicable payment charges).
- After dispatch: No refund available.
🛠️ Complaints & Returns
- Wrong product/Quality issue: We will replace the product at our cost. Return shipping will also be covered by us.
- Damaged during transit: Please do not accept the package. If urgent, note the issue on the courier slip/LR before signing. Share photos of damage via email for a refund, replacement, or credit.
- Order cancellation by customer: If cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be processed. If already shipped, refund will be made after deducting shipping charges.
- Manufacturing defect: Products will be replaced or refunded as per requirement.
